Vidhi Lakhawala Makes Her LPGA Tour Debut
A sponsor invitation to the US$2 million Kroger Queen City Championship marks a milestone for the 17-year-old amateur.
Vidhi Lakhawala is a top American junior of Indian heritage, raised in New Jersey and ranked inside the top ten on the American Junior Golf Association standings — a 2025 AJGA First-Team All-American.
A two-time AJGA champion in 2025, Vidhi won the Will Lowery Junior Championship in March — finishing at 11-under-par 205 for her second career AJGA title — and followed it with victory at the prestigious Women's Western Junior Championship in June. That summer she earned a sponsor's invitation to the LPGA Tour, making her professional-field debut at the LPGA Kroger Queen City Championship presented by P&G.
Now a Wake Forest Demon Deacon, Vidhi joins one of the elite Division I women's golf programs in the country. Off the course, she shares her journey alongside her younger sister Aditi as “The Golfing Sisters.”
